How do I make a reservation?
If you would like to make a reservation to stay at the Bethel
Chalet please see the reservations calendar. If the dates you
would like to stay are available follow the instructions below to
make your reservation.
1. Please fill out the form on the Contact Us page and request
the dates that you wish to stay. Alternatively you may contact
me at 617-335-5925 to confirm availability.
2. I will confirm that the dates are available as well as the
appropriate rate and deposit.
3. I will then send you a rental agreement if you wish to make a
reservation.
4. The signed renter's agreement as well as payment is
required to make the reservation
5. We accept personal checks and credit cards for payment.
Reservations made within 7 days of your stay will require
payment via credit cards.

- *Two-night minimum stay required; Add 3rd night to a weekend
for $107 - Christmas and February vacation weeks are $2100 per week.
New Years week is $1750. Holidays are charged at weekend
rate. - Note: A $50 cleaning fee will be assessed for all rentals.
- A refundable security deposit of $250 will also be collected and
returned within 2 weeks from your departure date. - All rentals subject to Maine sales tax.
- Check-in: 4 P.M. Check-out: 10 A.M.
